You have the right to exchange your item’s size within 7 days of receiving your order. The exchange period is counted from the day the goods arrive. Exchanges must go through a confirmation process with the ROUNN team. You can contact us through email or WhatsApp.
After confirmation, you may send the item(s) you wish to exchange in the parcel your order arrived in, provided that:
- The product(s) are in resalable condition. ROUNN reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and exchanges.
- The product(s) were purchased online.
- The product(s) being returned include the authenticity card.
- The product(s) have not been used, soiled, or washed.
- The product(s) are in their original packaging.
If a product is returned incomplete or damaged, ROUNN will not accept the return or proceed with the exchange.
Products on promotion, special offers, or sale, as well as special collections, cannot be returned or refunded.
